The end of January saw a brand new national TV advertising campaign hitting your TV screens, promoting the daily editorial content of the Daily Mail. Created by Strategy Agency of the Year, M&C Saatchi, the ads focus on the strength of the Daily Mail product.

The month long campaign features a different ad every day, showcasing the following day’s editorial platform. These attention grabbing ads will be aired throughout the week, including during prime time TV and will be seen by millions of TV viewers.

The campaign’s objective is to further cement the loyalty of the Daily Mail’s core audience, given the consistency of the Daily Mail’s circulation, in a market where other newspapers are recording substantial losses. The campaign is also targeting the influential female 35-45 bracket, who will identify with the brand and product offering. This campaign aims to increase the Daily Mail’s already steady circulation and readership and therefore response for advertisers.

To ensure this multimillion pound communication reaches the biggest audience possible, the campaign is also being integrated in print, with adverts published in the Daily Mail. The online strategy has seen ads placed at the growing popular mailonline.
